At least a bunch were denied? I like how the article talks about how rigorously the applications were reviewed. I wonder what the opening of four new charter schools will do to enrollment in public schools/existing charter schools?!?!

Four new charters were recently approved. Why are we adding more when the ones we have are not succeeding??
